2. Exclusive discounts for members

3. Membership renewal qualifications

5. Conditions for issuing shopping credits

Birthday shopping credits are automatically sent by the system in the early morning every day. The shopping credits corresponding to the membership level (basic members have no shopping credits, bronze members are HKD$30, silver members are HKD$50, gold members are HKD$100, and platinum members are HKD$300) are given to the birthday on that day. Members must use it within 30 days.

If the subtotal amount after order discounts, without shipping fees and surcharges, reaches the set gift threshold, the shopping credit will be sent.

6. How to use shopping credits

Spend $500 or more to activate shopping credit discount, and the maximum discount limit for a single transaction is $200. The amount of shopping credit cannot be adjusted freely and will be offset by the current maximum amount. e.g. If you have $75 shopping credit in your account, and you spend $500 or more, your order will be automatically discounted by $75.

7. Notes for members

The system automatically updates membership status at 12:00 (GMT+8) after the end of each day to check whether members meet the conditions for upgrade, renewal, etc.

The conditions for membership upgrade and renewal are based on 12 months. If the accumulated consumption amount is reached within 12 months after consumption, you will be eligible for upgrade or renewal.

Membership upgrades are based on the cumulative amount of orders with payment status "Paid" and order status not "Cancelled".

If you do not register/log in to the membership system, you will not be able to accumulate and upgrade to become a discount member.

The accumulated amount of member consumption cannot be combined across accounts.

Membership discounts and store-wide discounts cannot be used at the same time. The system will automatically select a more favorable discount method at checkout.

8. Explanation of membership points rules

When you become a member and shop on our site, you will earn points. Earn 1 membership point for every HK$30 spent.
